THE CONSTITUTION OF THE ASSOCIATION
The association CARE TO ACTION ONLUS-ONG is a non-profit organisation dedicated to helping children, women and vulnerable and marginalised communities in India. Registered in the Municipal Register of Associations (no. 1903 of 22/01/01), CARE TO ACTION is a legal entity duly registered with the Prefecture of Venice (no. 367 of 06/12/03). On 23 February 2007, with Ministerial Decree no. 2007/337/000703/5, CARE TO ACTION became a non-governmental organisation recognised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. Registered in the list of civil society organisations on 16 June 2017, prot. 7644.
