Appointments of the week: 23-26/05

The week that has just begun promises to be full of commitments and important appointments!

These are the moments we would like to remind you to mark in your diary:

From Wednesday 22 to Friday 24 May we will be waiting for you at Residenza Vignale, in Via Toti 2 – MM Conciliazione in Milan, with WOMEN afFAIR, our fair trade market where for the first time vintage clothing and accessories will be available as well as Indian pashminas, jewellery, textiles, food, home, children’s and much more.
All donations will support the activities in favour of children, girls and women supported by CARE TO ACTION in India.
Free entrance from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Also as part of WOMEN afFAIR, on Wednesday 23 May at 6.30 p.m. our special guest, Carlo Pizzati, will take us on a tour of ‘India and Women’.
A journalist and writer who has been living in India for over thirteen years, Carlo Pizzati writes for ‘Repubblica’, ‘La Stampa’, is the author of Report with Milena Gabanelli on Rai3, and has hosted Omnibus on La7. His most recent book ‘La tigre e il drone. Il continente indiano tra divinità e robot, rivoluzioni e crisi climatiche’ (The Indian continent between gods and robots, revolutions and climate crisis) published by Marsilio 2020 won the “Gambrinus Mazzotti” Literary Prize.

On Saturday 25 May at 4.40 p.m., our General Manager Antonio Benci will be present at the Viaggi&Viaggiatori Festival in Via Verdi in Mestre – Venice with a speech dedicated to ‘The travels of solidarity’.
