The core of CARE TO ACTION‘s commitment

Since the beginning, each project has been aimed at protecting Indian children and young people at risk of marginalization and abandonment or with poor family conditions, facilitating social inclusion and access to quality education. We want to give every child the tools to achieve his/her goals, to be able to realize them and therefore partly contribute to the growth of the community he/she lives in.

Our projects to support children in India

Education is the most powerful tool against poverty and inequality, for this reason the education aspect is fundamental to every CARE TO ACTION project aimed at childhood. It is not enough to simply guarantee access to schooling, it becomes necessary to collaborate with institutions, organisations and local communities in order to protect and promote the fundamental rights of children.

DISTANCE SUPPORT

Through this program, we ensure access to education for children and youth, focusing on girls. Studying allows them to improve their lives, become responsible citizens and contribute to the socio-economic development of their communities.

SCHOOL4FUTURE

We offer scholarships, training programs and internships to support students in the transition toward higher education or vocational training. With Power Skills program, we organize specialized courses for final-year college students, enhancing their skills and facilitating their entry into the world of work.

EDU-CARE

We support children and youth in public schools in the slums with after-school programs, interactive and creative learning, qualified tutors, educational materials and nutritional support. In collaboration with local partners, we also manage two foster homes, three child centers and a primary school in a tribal area.
